HTC Wildfire will not connect to PC HTC Sync

Hi Everyone,
I'm new here and need some help please.

I was trying to make room on my phone HTC Wildfire and did something to the sync app. I remember I clicked on yes on my phone instead of No and now nothing works.

Now my phone will not connect to the computer.

Nothing comes up on the phone and the PC tells me nothing is connected.

I then downloaded the HTC Sync Update and still nothing.

As you can see I am not that good with phones but I do hope that someone can help me
