    Default 5.0.2 Power Alert

Ok, I love this version but I think there are still some issues. I go into the Power Adjust and check Clean Today Page Order, and Tap X to close programs(does same thing if click alone). It locks up my Ipaq 3900! I reboot and they are back to original settings. Um what is going on? Anyone else having this issue? I think it resets my Power Alert also, I turned off all the below times and now they are back to original settings. *hot* *shocked*

Is this just a 5.0.2 issue?

I had problem when the close programs button was added, Found out it was conflicting with another task program running. Would do something similar to what you're talking about.. would just lock up, and couldn't exit anything.

Don't know if you've got another task thing, or if it's just a 5.0 thing.. but hope that may help..

I'll investigate this issue & see if I can get it working better. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Default RE: 5.0.2 Power Alert

With this release I got the alarm working but I still have a question.

If I set my sound level to 0 the alarm won't sound. If I put on a higher level it works fine. It would be very usefull if the alarm would sound even if the sound is turned off (as an option?).

  5. Default RE: 5.0.2 Power Alert

I agree that having the alarm sound, even with the device on mute would be a bonus. I would hate to think I would miss my early morning alarm call because I have the unit on mute previously! This would be a cool feature.

That alarm over mute would be a very bad idea, since I purchased a program called MeetingMute, which mutes my alarms while I am in meetings. I would rather not throw my Ipaq at Andy's head while in a meeting cause my alarms is going off telling me there is a meeting. *roll eyes* *eek* *shocked*

I agree, alarm over mute would be bad. I also use meeting mute and a better idea is to have the mute end after a period of time (like meeting mute does). I have the same issue with needing the unit off during certain meetings and activities. I once had my PPC go off in church..how embarassing.

I would like to have it as an option, bif you don't like it you just disable the function.

I am still using Pocket Plus for the reminders because of this feature
