CalliGrapher 8.5 User Dictionary Error Message
I downloaded the trial version twice and I get the following error message each time I try to start the program:
"There was an error loading User Dictionary. Please check the path name and available memory."
I have plenty of memory so I doubt that is the problem. When I use the edit function to check the default configuration settings for the User Dictionary, I noticed that it is looking for a file named CgrUserEnu.dct. When I use file explorer, I can't find that file name in the CalliGrapher program folder even though I have selected the "show all files" option. Is this just a trial version issue?
I can use the program but I don't think the dictionary is functioning properly. CalliGrapher 8.5 looks very interesting and easy to use. I really want to explore this program further and I hope I can resolve this dictionary issue so I can properly evaluate the program. By the way, I am using WM 6.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks.

RE: CalliGrapher 8.5 User Dictionary Error Message
I eliminated the problem but then it returned. I don't have the answers but I can share more information.
I downloaded version 8.6 and I had the same error message. I checked the files again and this time I noticed that I had two files in the Calligrapher folders on my pocket PC. Both were listed as AutoCAD LT file types. It appears as though Calligrapher searched my PC during installation and found a dictionary file in my AutoCAD LT folder and transferred it to the Calligrapher folder. How else would it get there? I didn't move it or create it. When I deleted the AutoCAD file from my pocket PC I never saw the error message again.
So I thought....
After I synced the pocket PC, the error message reappeared. And you can guess the rest...the AutoCAD dictionary file type reappeared too in my pocket PC. Why?
So I tried deleting it again and this time I deleted the folder on my PC that contains files that will be synced with my iPAQ 111. I found the AutoCAD file in there too. This time after syncing, I had no error messages.
When I checked my directory on the iPAQ, I found that the AutoCAD file type appeared again but at least I had no error messages. I made an entry into a User Dictionary and everything seemed to work.
Right now anyway, the problem appears to be gone.
