As spotted over at PocketPCThoughts, there is a (new?) website that is the coolest thing to happen to WM themes since well... WM themes!

PortableThemes has over 1900+ wallpapers to choose from. </p>

I've been in there making theme after theme after theme this morning... What a great WM utility!
